Help Us Grow Awareness

June is National Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month

June is National Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month. All month long, we are joining the National Alzheimer's Association and countless other organization to help spread awareness. The more people know about Alzheimer's, the more action we inspire. You can too can help – here are few easy ways.

  • Share Your Story! Alzheimer's and dementia doesn't just effect the person with the diagnosis. It effects family members and friends too. Share you story with us so that other's know they are not alone and have support. You can send us an email ([email protected]) or post it directly on our Facebook page

  • Wear Purple! Purple is the color associated with Alzheimer's and Dementia awareness. You can purchase an EndAlz purple t-shirt from us – all proceeds will go to our Alzheimer's Walk Team!

  • Join our Alzheimer's Walk Team! On Saturday, October 1st, the Heritage Springs Memory Care team will participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's. If you would like to participate, pick-up a team member packet at our office, register and raise funds online Heritage Springs Alzheimer's Walk Team Page or contact our Team Captain, Janelle Bossuot at [email protected]com
