Heritage Springs Memory Care’s Lewisburg Community is located in the heart of north central Pennsylvania in the well-established Brook Park Farms section of Lewisburg.
We are conveniently positioned off Route 45, close to Route 15 and Interstate 180. Lewisburg was the first of our two communities and offers more than 16,000 square feet of secured living space, allowing residents the freedom to wander around the facility and enclosed courtyards.

Housing a total of 64 private and semi-private suites, the Lewisburg Community is divided into two neighborhoods; Heritage Hall and Memory Lane. Connected by the main entrance, each neighborhood has all of the familiar comforts of home and more, featuring a main and private dining room, cozy living room with fireplace, and our own beauty salon and spa. A beautiful and secure courtyard with a wandering path faces a peaceful stream and features raised garden beds for our residents to enjoy.
Residents of Heritage Springs’ Lewisburg Community will enjoy the welcoming, residential feel of our area and its proximity to the public library, as well as the village of shops. Several physicians and healthcare support offices are also nearby for easy access to specialized medical care.
